We designed and implemented a cook in the kitchen exercise for Vision Systems Limited. The company was excited with our concept and ran 15 residential conference groups through this leadership training program.
The concept was for each of 3 teams, dressed in full chef's uniforms, to cook and serve a 3 course meal, for 20 people under supervision of qualified chefs. They were supplied with recipés and all of the ingredients. Teams plate up and serve the meal while a spokesperson introduces their course. Here's what the client said about the program...
