Your Journey
Embark on your wedding journey with a guided tour of Flowerdale Estate, led by one of our wedding coordinators. Together you will trace the steps of your special day, starting with the parlour and our romantic homestead suites where preparations begin.
You will visit the four stunning ceremony locations, the spectacular reception spaces, the bar and deck area, followed by the recreational facilities and guest accommodation.
After your tour, the magic begins. We will sit down together, where you will share your vision of the day and we will work with you on making your wedding day truly memorable.
If you decide to say ‘I do’ to Flowerdale Estate, we will tentatively hold your preferred date and prepare a wedding day proposal customised to your vision. Once you return the signed proposal, your dream wedding date is secured.
If an in-person meeting isn’t possible a virtual tour and online sit down can be arranged.

The Ceremony
Flowerdale Estate has four idyllic, atmospheric settings for you to say ‘I do’. Each locale is bursting with charm and beauty.
For petite weddings, the grand central oak located at the front of the Homestead is the perfect spot with its magical views.
For garden weddings, The North Lawn with its manicured green lawn, garden beds of white roses, immaculate hedging and creeping rose arbour is a charming space.
The beauty of the lakeside locale with its rustic arbour, adjacent gum trees and native flora beckons those dreaming of an authentic country wedding.
The magnificent free flowing King Parrot Creek runs through the Estate making for an exquisite ambient setting to exchange vows with native flora and birdlife surrounding the site.
The Reception
A reception to remember.
Our stunning architecturally designed reception space, The Pavilion, is positioned with The Valley of a Thousand Hills as a stunning back drop. Constructed by a local builder, The Pavilion is laden with contemporary country details including large oak entrance doors, huge wrought iron light fittings, timber fixtures and heated, polished concrete floors crafted by neighbouring artisans. The indoor outdoor space can seat up to 180 guests comfortably accommodating your band and dancefloor.
Your guests will enjoy a sumptuous feast prepared by our Executive Chef Dominic Grundy, who has worked at Michelin star awarded restaurants across the UK, and his accomplished kitchen team.
From canapes and cocktails on the deck or a laid-back garden BBQ to an intimate meal or a lavish sit-down affair, our customisable food and beverage packages guarantee the perfect reception for your perfect day.
Stay The Night
Onsite accommodation for you and your guests
Our gorgeous North and Garden Suites are located in the historic homestead. These suites radiate romance and sophistication and are adjoined by their own private lounge area with open fire place and grand piano.
The North Suite is perfect for the newlyweds with its modern four poster bed, wooden floors and creamy interiors. Step through the doors and onto the verandah to enjoy the manicured North Lawn and garden views.
The Garden Suite with its dreamy period accents including a stunning ensuite clawfoot bath is ideal for a very important couple in your life.
Your guests are spoilt for accommodation options
Your guests will enjoy a comfortable stay in one of our 24 spacious Estate King rooms, each featuring a luxury King sized bed or twin share. The Guesthouse, which has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, can accommodate up to nine people. Our four glamping eco tents offer a luxurious stay immersed in nature for one couple per tent.

Welcome And Recovery Parties
One day is rarely enough and as the masters of extending wedding experiences we will work with you to create perfect pre and post celebrations.
Set the tone for the days ahead with a welcoming twilight pallet picnic on the lawns or a casual BBQ on the deck. Start the celebrations early with a tailor-made party, a three-course formal dinner in Gracie’s Restaurant or a grazing feast under festoon lights.
Then on your first day as newlyweds, relive the celebrations with your favourite people at a rejuvenating recovery. Begin with a late breakfast spiced up with Mimosas or Bloody Marys then head over to the South Lawn for a game of Bocce. Relax poolside or take up the challenge of a tennis competition followed by burgers on the deck. Take these as inspiration only, we will work with you to create your dream welcome and recovery event.
