Begin your Flowerdale Estate wedding journey with a guided tour, led by one of our experienced wedding coordinators. Walk through the spaces where your special day will unfold - starting in the romantic homestead suites and parlour, perfect for your wedding morning preparations.

You’ll explore four stunning ceremony locations, elegant reception areas, the bar and deck, and guest accommodation nestled in the countryside.

After your tour, we’ll sit down to bring your vision to life — whether you're planning a Yarra Valley wedding or dreaming of a relaxed country celebration. If Flowerdale feels like the one, we’ll tentatively hold your preferred date and create a tailored proposal for your wedding day.

If an in-person meeting isn’t possible, we can arrange a virtual tour — so your Flowerdale wedding venue journey can begin, wherever you are.

Your Journey

Embark on your wedding journey with a guided tour of Flowerdale Estate, led by one of our wedding coordinators. Together you will trace the steps of your special day, starting with the parlour and our romantic homestead suites where preparations begin.

You will visit the four stunning ceremony locations, the spectacular reception spaces, the bar and deck area, followed by the recreational facilities and guest accommodation.

After your tour, the magic begins. We will sit down together, where you will share your vision of the day and we will work with you on making your wedding day truly memorable.

If you decide to say ‘I do’ to Flowerdale Estate, we will tentatively hold your preferred date and prepare a wedding day proposal customised to your vision. Once you return the signed proposal, your dream wedding date is secured.

The Ceremony

Flowerdale Estate has four idyllic ceremony settings, each space reflects the beauty of Yarra Valley weddings. It’s a perfect choice for couples seeking garden or country wedding venues in Victoria with accommodation onsite.

The Grand Oak: best for intimate weddings/intimate ceremonies. Set before the Homestead, along with hills in the distance, it offers a quiet, timeless place to say ‘I do’.

The North Lawn: best for classic garden weddings. Symmetry meets softness here - green lawn, white roses, trimmed hedges, and a rose-draped arbour.

Lakeside Locale: best for rustic country wedding in Victoria. A simple timber arbour beside still water. Native trees sway nearby. A true country wedding moment in the heart of Flowerdale Estate.

King Parrot Creek landscape: best for country outdoor weddings. King Parrot Creek flows gently through the estate, creating a picturesque ceremony site that is deeply personal.

The Reception

A reception to remember.

The Pavilion, our architecturally designed reception space, sits against the breathtaking backdrop of the Valley of a Thousand Hills. Built by local hands, it blends contemporary style with rustic elegance — featuring grand oak doors, wrought iron lighting, timber accents, and polished concrete floors crafted by neighbouring artisans.

This indoor-outdoor venue seats up to 180 guests, with room for a dance floor and live music — making it one of the most versatile country wedding venues in Victoria.

Your guests will be treated to a menu created by Executive Chef Dominic Grundy, whose Michelin-star background brings refined flavour to every dish. Whether it's cocktails and canapés on the deck, a garden BBQ, or a full sit-down celebration, our flexible packages ensure a Yarra Valley wedding reception that reflects your style, taste, and vision.

The North Suite: best for newlyweds. Located in the historic Homestead. Features a modern four-poster bed, timber floors, creamy tones, and direct access to the verandah with views of the North Lawn.

The Garden Suite: best for close family or VIP guests. Romantic period details, soft interiors, and a clawfoot bath in the ensuite. Set within the Homestead, with access to a private lounge, fireplace, and grand piano.

Onsite accommodation for your guests:

Your guests are well looked after with 24 spacious Estate King Rooms, each with a luxury king-sized bed or twin-share option. For group stays, The Guesthouse features four bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to nine people.

For something a little different, our four glamping tents offer a luxury camping experience under the stars. Each tent sleeps two guests and is set among the landscape for a peaceful, nature-filled stay — a perfect match for a rustic Yarra Valley wedding weekend.

Our gorgeous North and Garden Suites are located in the historic homestead. These suites radiate romance and sophistication and are adjoined by their own private lounge area with open fire place and grand piano.

The North Suite is perfect for the newlyweds with its modern four poster bed, wooden floors and creamy interiors. Step through the doors and onto the verandah to enjoy the manicured North Lawn and garden views.

The Garden Suite with its dreamy period accents including a stunning ensuite clawfoot bath is ideal for a very important couple in your life.

Your guests are spoilt for accommodation options

Your guests will enjoy a comfortable stay in one of our 24 spacious Estate King rooms, each featuring a luxury King sized bed or twin share. The Guesthouse, which has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, can accommodate up to nine people. Our four glamping tents offer a luxurious stay immersed in nature for one couple per tent.

Welcome And Recovery Parties

One day is rarely enough. At Flowerdale Estate, we help you create a full wedding experience — from welcome drinks to the final farewell.

Set the tone with a twilight picnic on the lawn or a relaxed BBQ on the deck. You might choose a welcome party, a formal three-course dinner at Gracie’s Restaurant, or a long-table feast under festoon lights - each celebration thoughtfully designed to gather your guests in a way that feels just right.

The next day, relive the joy with a recovery event. Start slow with a late breakfast - paired with Mimosas or Bloody Marys - then move to the South Lawn for Bocce, tennis, or simply lounging poolside. Round it off with burgers on the deck and a final toast to a weekend well spent.
